"Upon arrival, we saw little monkeys playing on the canopy. At breakfast we heard and saw beautiful parrots above. Everywhere we saw beautiful plants and animals. The staff was helpful and friendly. I could submit requests or questions to the front desk via Whatsapp, which was very convenient. The food was terrific. The pool was the perfect temperature. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Fantastic stay, we're sad to leave!"

Yo tuve una situación de que sin querer se me quedó un objeto de valor y estando en el aeropuerto para irme me percaté. Me puse en contacto con ellos y coordinamos un uber para que me llevara mis pertenencias y el encargado de recepción estuvo en todo momento en comunicación conmigo. 20/10! Excelente servicio !!!"

"Hands down the best place we could have landed after stressful theft which required us to be at the U.S. Embassy at 7am. Jorge at the front desk was our savior, a calm presence who helped print all our paperwork and just be a kind heart in the face of difficult circumstances. This is a budget hotel so certainly not luxe but everything was fine. Bed comfortable enough, good a/c, coffee in room and full breakfast included, free secure parking. Only negative was water never really gets hot but...
