"The hotel is very clean with beautiful view of golf course and mountain, especially during the summer and autumn. Not convenient for tourist as it's quite far from the station with limited bus schedule and food options. The room decor is also outdated. Will recommend the hotel for golfers and not tourists."

"Visited for a trip around Lake Suwa and oh boy, this hotel is something special, I had the private onsen in the room and it was one of the most relaxing part of my trip in Japan. They also offered public a onsen for hotel guests and you can also book that to have that one private. Over all can't recommend this hotel enough, staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent if you want a taste of a traditional Japanese meal. "The lodge was absolutely wonderful. We honestly had not slept as well as we did at the lodge anywhere else in Japan. Not sure if it was the mountain air, the onsen, or the large rooms that allowed us to settle in and spread out. The hospitality was incredible; the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, including by providing a bountiful breakfast each morning. My husband and I wish we could have stayed there our entire trip!"
