"No on-site staff and empty entrance makes the hotel feel like it’s lacking charm or character. The temperature in our room was too high. The bathroom light wasn’t working properly (dim and flickering). The lighting in the bedroom is not good (bedside lights are too bright, no light over sink). The fridge temperature was too low. There wasn’t enough parking on a couple of occasions. "

"We had an amazing time at Domaine Summum. We ended up being the only people there for the weekend, apart from the owners, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves! The property is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed many long walks in the snowy woods in pure silence. The suites are nicely decorated, and clearly setup for having pets (which we did not).
