"This was an amazing place to relax. It was so peaceful and the surroundings are stunning. The property is also beautiful, very tasteful and clean. Gordon was a perfect host and we were very lucky that we were the only guests there. Beware that there are quite a lot of stairs to get to the 2 suites downstairs (I'm guessing around 15-20) plus stairs to get to the house from where you leave the car. "We spent an enjoyable five nights. The property is well furnished and well maintained. The path down to the lake was steeper than we had expected. The photos do not show this. I think this should be mentioned in the information section on the property description. All in all we loved it."
