"The location was great with easy access to taipei main station and NTU hospital station. I enjoyed the laundry (although it was not free) and the snacks provided in the lobby (free). The room wasnt anything special, a little dirty, small, plain, and with a rock hard mattress. "

"The hotel is in a great location and the room is kept clean. The room in general is a little old with exposed wiring around the tv etc but remains comfortable, clean and affordable."

"Well situated hotel close to good restaurants and the best hot springs attractions. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their English is very good. The hot spring facilities in the hotel are okay, but much better ones that were so close so we didn’t really use them. "
