"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. "Very nice hotel close to the Therme. The hotel aslo assisted with discounted entry passes for the San Pellegrino Therme up the road which is much appreciated. The rooms are in a very good condition and the breakfast served is good. I will be happy to stay at this hotel again. "

Lovely big room with lots of space. Even though the shower was a little tired I liked that the main bathroom had an attached room with an additional large sink which allowed others to wash/brush teeth while someone else was secure in the main shower room/toilet. "The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."

The room was good and met our needs, but could be a little cleaner. The bathroom and "rain" style shower was incredible. What could have been better, we could see handprints on the wall from pervious guests and the shower drain did not drain fast enough to keep up with the shower. Overall, I should certainly stay here again."
