"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for 3 nights and wished it was a week. The apartment was as comfortable and the view as beautiful as advertised. We did not have a car But it was easy to get to and from the lovely town of Varenna by cab. Marco was a very gracious and helpful host I highly recommend this property. "

"Charming Stay with Incredible Lake Views! Lino's Place in Lezzeno was everything we hoped for and more. The apartment is situated in a peaceful, scenic spot with stunning views of Lake Como from the balcony. Waking up to that view every day was a dream. "Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. "If a spectacular view of Lake Como is the most important thing for you, this is your place. The windows and balcony face the east arm of the lake and the sunrises were spectacular. We booked this through VRBO but it is managed by an Italian management company and the communication with them was spotty at best. They only provide access information a couple of hours prior to check-in which cause a bit of concern. Kitchen was poorly stocked and the toilet in the shower takes some getting used to....

"I hate to leave poor ratings but feel it needs to be said. 1) lights would not work so we discovered circuit breaker had been tripped. We had to flip the circuit several times on the first night because usage of lights and the fan caused outages. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a known problem. 2) shower drain overflowed within a couple of minutes. Water went all over bathroom floor and down wall into first floor. Right along the electrical panel, probably why it is constantly tripping....
