"Everything was perfect except miss sheetal at the reception lacks customer service skills. I was a resident of the hotel for 2 nights and on my last night at the hotel my elderly parents who cannot walk comfortably, i decided to accompany them to their room. She told me not to accompany my parents because its the company policy that strangers do not need to have access to other client’s room. "The location was wonderful and really like the place . Very secure quiet and the facilities provided such as the onsite swimming pool and gym. We could use all the facilities within the hotel compound such as restaurants and cafe were very convenient and also the other activities on site. Overall , we have enjoyed our stay very much. The shower could be a bit better (mainly the drainage in the shower). "
