"Excellent hotel, first visit and will definitely be back. Clean, spacious room. Shower was fab, hand soap, shower gel etc in bathroom smells amazing. Room had 4 usb ports and plenty of sockets. Bed was a bit creaky but also very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and very clean. Staff very friendly everywhere in the hotel and very helpful. "

"Went to Leeds for a concert. The hotel was in it's own grounds away from the road which was a main road into Leeds, so nice and quiet. Plenty of public transport to get into the centre of Leeds. A good self service breakfast and a rest room with free coffee and tea. "
