"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. The luft is quirky but functional. The room was massive andhad a shabby chic feel. It had a fridge and kettle and a huge bed. Theviews from the windows were amazing and right into the square. We were not informed of check out time and as we left early our unpaid bar bill caused problems. The redeeming feature was actually the bar maid. She was helpful and friendly, while the other staff were rather miserable."
