"The hotel was lovely, great pool, friendly and helpful staff. I had a beach front room which was lovely but on arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working and as I arrived in the evening there was no one who could get it working. The staff arranged another room for me and gave me a complimentary Massge but it was disappointing. The beach here is not a swimming beach and it was well away from rawai so not much to do apart from hang out at the pool and use the health spa"

"Clean room, good shower but limited facilities! Nice owner Amolsiri who has quick response to all my requests via WhatsApp. Staff can only speak a little bit English! No in-house spa & massage service! Lots of ants around the sink! Utensils are not fully equipped and there was no spatula! They originally charged us THB800 for 4 broken low quality wine glasses but we finally paid THB400 after bargaining!!!"

"The property is made up of 3 blocks. Each block has a swimming pool at ground level and one on the roof. None of the pool areas had adequate sunbeds or umbrellas, one in each area, so I complained and they didn't do anything about it. They show pool bars in their advertising but these are closed because they do not have a licence. "Lovely, charming hotel with lovely garden and pool. Off the busy main road, down a short side road. The hotel feels like a relaxing Oasis in a busy part of Phuket. A firm mattress which wasnt great for my back. A short walk along a busy main road (or short taxi ride £2) to the main high street, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. The beach is lovely although busy with the local longboats providing local boat trips. "A most wonderful hotel. Rooms are comfortable. My twin beds were rather small. If I book again it will be the room with the queen-size bed. Everything else is excellent. On-site restaurant serves delicious food. Staff is excellent. Outside showers and restroom great for cleaning up after a day of diving. The property is located away from the noise of the road making for a very relaxing stay. Restaurants and shopping and the pier a very short walk away."
