The Roost Glamping employees are so sweet and helpful. They have a cafe on the property which is great if you want to relax on the couch and eat some food. "Clean room, good shower but limited facilities! Nice owner Amolsiri who has quick response to all my requests via WhatsApp. Staff can only speak a little bit English! No in-house spa & massage service! Lots of ants around the sink! Utensils are not fully equipped and there was no spatula! They originally charged us THB800 for 4 broken low quality wine glasses but we finally paid THB400 after bargaining!!!"

"Location is about 200m away from the main road so it was peaceful and quiet. Room was clean enough however there were lots of millipedes crawling in my room. TV was faulty but the receptionist arranged for it to be replaced after 2 days. Great customer service! Would recommend this place to everyone visiting Rawai!"

"This is an our second visit and as always the staff make it worthwhile. The property is clean and the pool is excellent. While I love this place and the staff are excellent and and the guests have always been friendly, but the place really does need updating and redecorating as the paint work looks cracked and worn. The TV’s good do with updating to smart tv’s and the ancient looking speaker boxes need replacing as after 2 visits I still cannot work out how to use and a simple Bluetooth speaker...
