"The hotel is great and the room is beautiful. The only bad thing is that they don't mention that you will be charged for the car park as it belongs to railway station and the jacuzzi is not warm at all as is connecting to the main pool and sauna was not working 😕 "

Xmas guests coming back from having fun at 2.30am until 4.30am was challenging, but not the fault of the hotel just poorly educated people without consideration for others. Other gripe was only 1 set of towels in the double room, took 3 requests across 2 hours to get the additional, buffet breakfast was tepid at best, spirit burners used to keep bacon...
