"It is an older hotel but they have kept it in pretty good shape. It has a good restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. Great location for visting Cincinnati or for the airport. It has an airport shuttle for guests."

"Refrigerator had ice built up. Door would not close on day of check in. Had to remove shelf’s in order for the door to close. The next morning, they came in and changed the refrigerator out. We were gone all day. When we returned we notice the new fridge. They put all are stuff into the new fridge, they never turned the fridge on. Everything got warm.(such a waste) Stains on the couches. Breakfast was ok. But the Eggs were horrible. For Continental breakfast it was just that. People at front...

"Looks better inside than on the outside. I checked in at 6pm and the staff keyed into my room 15 minutes later to check the room while I was sitting on the toilet. This check should have been done before general check-in began at 3 pm, this pissed me off and was not a good start to the stay but the stay was cool beyond that. The AC unit was a little louder and made weirder noises than normal. Room #123"

"The only negative down fall was I was not made aware of a $75 deposit fee when they called me to take payment over the phone the day of my reservation but waited until I came to check in and charged me the $75 deposit fee then and complete blind sided me, also it was really warm in the hall in lobby. Other than that the visit was great "

"Very friendly staff. Checked in by Lacy. She was great. Room was good. I wish it had more information included as far as amenities. Nothing in the room. Bar was closed. Pool closed in the morning at checkout. "

"Excellent customer service, very clean room. Convenient to walk to restaurants and downtown Cincinnati. Only one small complaint, there was a strong air freshener scent in the room that was very overwhelming and not overly pleasant at first. We became nose blind to it after awhile, Overall, an amazing hotel and would definitely stay there again. "
