"We were wowed by Aeris the first time we stayed there a few years ago. Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable. This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside. "The staff service was great. Everyone was very helpful. The room is large but the area to hang clothes is very poorly designed and really not useful at all. No nightlight in the room.
