"I was Charged NTD 250 for a 5 mn late checkout. Worse, the staff was so unfriendly explaining why. The first time I ever gave such an unprofessional customer management. I will definitely NOT recommend this stay to anyone."

Called to request an explanation why and was told that it was the biggest room they had at the time. Then why did I have to pay extra to reserve such a room if it wasn't going to be available by the time I showed up? Bed frame was cracked, giving the mattress little support, and the frame creaked everytime you turn in bed. TV reception was buggy...

"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off. Breakfast is included,...
