"The hotel is located right on the lake so if you ask for a lake view it is pretty but in the mornings the train announcements start around 9 to 5. That takes away from the tranquility. The rooms are nice but the bathrroms need cleaning."

"The European style room very new and comfortable with sky baths but the Japanese style room which is next building was outdated. Overall all rooms are clean. The mattress very comfortable. Staffs very nice and responsive. Simple healthy breakfast. "

"Very comfortable room with a large balcony. Very best view of the lake. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. All staff are very polite and friendly. It was one of the best experiences our family ever enjoyed."
