"This hotel is a bit like the Tardis: Bigger on the inside than it is outside. There is onsite free parking & lifts to the rooms which are warm & of adequate size. Staff were very friendly. "Very nice hotel close to the Therme. The hotel aslo assisted with discounted entry passes for the San Pellegrino Therme up the road which is much appreciated. The rooms are in a very good condition and the breakfast served is good. I will be happy to stay at this hotel again. "

"The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."

"The staff and food was all great. The location is very good except when it is a weekend with the party people circling the hotel until after midnight. I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. "Amazing staff, VIEWS, & location. Room was dated -furniture and bed. The views are to die for, restaurant was beautiful romantic, good food. Easy easy to take train or boats anywhere... I would stay here again and again, and... again. "

"This is a good hotel. Spacious room for three with a good shower and aircon. The parking is very handy and a reasonable swimming pool. Breakfast was also good. The staff were welcoming and happy to help - we were late for breakfast but they did not rush us. "
