"The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year. "We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well located hotel. Only steps from the famous Rialto bridge, water bus and gondola rides. The staff was excellent. They even arranged a free water taxi ride to Murano and paid our entry into the glass factory. The room is small but nothing to complain about."

"I stayed one night at the hotel in Padua, looking back, I think I should have booked two or three, so that I could get a better experience of the Veneto. Parts of the hotel seemed like an escape room, because my bedroom was located towards the rear. I was told that I had to take two elevators to get to my room, as it was in the back of the hotel. Part of it was under refurbishment, so I had to take one elevator up, and go to the other side of the hotel (4 minutes walk through two hallways)...

"I think its been the best hotel ive had in my multi-city europe trip so far. Unlike others, the reception staff welcome you with a smile, be helpful and even make you feel comfortable. The room was so decent and relaxing that i chose to stay in the room for a whole day to rest and relax instead of exploring the city. Good shower space, really comfortable bed and TV made it great. Not a smart TV, so bring a HDMI or something to watch your shows. Accessibility wise, just 7min walk to Venezia...

"Room and hotel were very clean. The hotel in general was beautiful. There was some paint peeking in the wall by the elevator and at the bottom of the bathroom door frame. The towel heating rack didn't work. Otherwise, we were very happy with the room. We loved the view of the canal. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. "
