In order for them to give you the remotes to the TV and air conditioner you have to leave a deposit. They give it back to you once you leave and return the items, its just a hassle that you have to do that. If you need an iron you have to call the front desk somce they do not have one in the room. "Check in was good that cleanliness of the hotel was OK, the amenities in the room not that many,just too simple bed’s and the TV that didn’t work. They only really that part was someone making noise underneath of the hotel banging with a hammer on the wall or something that did stop only until 3:15 in the morning."
