"We always try to stay at ES. But this time was frustrating. AC in the room would only go to 72 degrees and was off when we arrived. It took three hours to cool down to 72 degrees. The location is across the road from the train station (actually just train tracks). Last night I heard at least three trains and they are loud blowing their horn. "Great find. We rented a studio apartment. After staying in regular hotels it was lovely to have a full kitchen and sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only complait we had was there wasn't any mention of no elevator. We are seniors and hauling all our things up the staira would not have been good. The front desk rearranged our booking so we were put on the ground floor."

"The night clerk was very nice. But when I went to check out and get my deposit back. The manager spoke to him and he said excuse me I will be back. They both left and after about 10 minutes he came back and gave me my deposit. I did have my Chihuahua with me and she was crated and I also paid the $25 pet deposit. So the only thing I can conclude is that he was told to go check the room to make sure my dog didn’t mess it up in any way. "
