This location is terrible.
Would not stay here again! We have stayed at SpringHill Suites in Tennessee, Ohio, New York, and Alabama. This was the absolute worst experience and definitely not on brand for this chain. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived at the room, there was no extra bedding for the kids. I called down and was told to come down. When I got downstairs, I was instructed to pick it out myself. When I returned to the room, I realized we only had 2 towels. So, back downstairs I went. When we were ready to go to sleep, I realized that my pillow did not have a pillowcase and had 2 dried blood stains on it. I was not going downstairs for a third time so I just wrapped a towel around it. At breakfast, which was not as plentiful as other Springhill suites, they ran out of waffle batter. When I asked, I was told that they only fill it once and then don’t refill it. So no one waffles for kids. One room for 250 - sparse breakfast- and room not properly stocked for 4 people- never this location again.

We chose to stay at this hotel for Auburn’s parent weekend. I want to give a huge shout out to the amazing staff working form Friday 9/13-9/16. We could not have had a better experience with the most wonderful employees working at the front desk- answering all of our questions, helping us with logistics once we arrived at Auburn University:) I truly felt like a member of the front desk’s family during our family’s stay!

Quick Business trip
Checkin was very good. When we got to te room, black bits of dirt were blowing onto the bed. I wiped the vent and I saw that it was probably mold . Went to the front desk and they moved us to another room. This room had the outlet under the night stand and my husband had a hard time plugging in his CPAP. A big problem was the A/C was set on 68 and I couldn’t lower the temperature. It was too warm with the bedding so it was hard to sleep well.
