"This apartment was really cute and modernly decorated for such an old house. It was surprisingly spacious for being a one bedroom. Plenty of room for parking. It was a little loud, but I'm a country girl who's never lived in an apartment before. My one real issue was that the listing says it sleeps 4, and that's really not accurate. There's 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a loveseat and chair in the living room. The chair folds out flat but was uncomfortable and not really big enough for our teen...

"I'll definitely book this again. Everything was in order or better than expected. There's plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped at all. It's a 2 min walk to all of the waterfront restaurants and bars. If had to be super picky I wished the outside patio was on one of the streets side instead of the back parking lot--no big deal though."

"Accomodations were very comfortable (slept like a gem on that mattress). Really clean and surprisingly quiet being downtown.. My only negative comment would be that there were no coffee items available."
