"I booked this apartment because they are a “preferred” host. Unfortunately I was unable to stay due to health issues. I have severe allergies to mold and after being in the room for 10 minutes I had an asthma attack and a severe headache came on. At first it seemed cute and quaint, but after looking around for a possible source I found mold in the window unit. Once I found that I started looking around more and found the dehumidifier in the corner was full and a blinking light said it needed to...

"Had the side apartment of the house to ourselves. It was very clean and beautiful, and had plenty of hot water and great quality TV. You do technically share the house with others, but there is zero interaction with them since everything is adequately separated. Would definitely stay here again! Was very cozy and beautiful, and about a 15 minute drive from where all the shops and restaurants are. Great location, great host, great stay. "

"A little bit confusing when you first get there - the listing says Cabin B but when we got there, it had the name of the cabin next to the door so I had to get my phone out to make sure we were in the right place. Other than that, everything was great."

"Much needed maintenance items include fixing bathroom tile work, rear exterior lock, and heating system. There was only one blanket for two beds on a cold night. When checking the bedroom before leaving, we discovered someone before us had left a butcher knife in the nightstand of the rear bedroom. None of the lamps were plugged in because of a lack of outlets. Apparently they are for show only. The ad showed a bungalow but the property was a two story Victorian with three apartments."

"The property was in a great neighborhood. Two of the restrooms were extremely small, especially the master bathroom. The property could use a thorough cleaning inside, floors and walls. The check in process was seamless as well as the communication and check out process. Overall, a nice place for a short stay."

" There were a few things that would have improved our stay. We chose to stay at the VRBO because we wanted to cook out meals. There was not a real coffee pot. There was only one dish towel. It would have been helpful to have a colander, a can opener and a carrot peeler. Otherwise, everything else was good. "
