"Very helpful on reception. Some breakfast service was better than others. Maybe wearing headphones hinders hearing the customers' requests. Ckeaning staff on Sunday was excellent, other days not so. I still think there is a tiwel under the bed that must have been there before we arrived. Ionly saw it when I checking before we left. I would certainly vidit this hotel again. The swimming pool is bejue and quirky but very needed after a busy day at the Christmas markets."
