"Loved the hotel, staff were friendly but was hoping we could check in earlier as we arrived about 1/2 hour before 3. We waited as we were told the room wasn’t completely checked over by a supervisor. I was a little anxious as my husband wasn’t feeling well. I didn’t let the staff know this as I thought it wouldn’t take long. Anyway we did have to wait until 3 this was a little disappointing due to the circumstances of my husband. But again I was just hoping we could get in a little earlier."

"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night.
