In addition, there is an excellent restaurant onsite poolside with equally friendly and professional staff. Also, the hotel is conveniently located within Palo Alto and the parking is free. When we ordered take out pizza and the place forgot to give us plates, I called the front desk and they provided us with some plastic ones.
