"The home is very nice size, and has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The back yard is very large and very nicely landscaped. It was so relaxing to sit and look out at. The home is walkable to the beach, which was so fun to do with our family and dogs. So many shells were collected. We sincerely appreciate the owners allowing us to bring our three elderly dogs. It was very comforting to have them with us and enjoy a time away in a beautiful setting!"

"This location was strongly suggested as a safe place to stay by our relative that lives in the area, and he was 100% correct. We always felt safe there! Our host was very personable and helpful and even let us check in three hours early because of our early flight (and the unit had completed the cleaning process). He had everything in the unit that we could have wanted. There were seven adults that stayed here and we loved it. We would stay there again without hesitation if we go back to visit...

"This house, set on a private bluff overlooking spectacular ocean waves crashing onto the rocks, was the perfect place for us and our active dogs. The kitchen was bright and well equipped. The fully fenced yard had plenty of room for the dogs to chase balls. We are so glad that we found this gem of a property!"

"My husband and I just got married last weekend and wanted to do a little mini moon getaway in Santa Cruz. The bungalow is cute and perfect distance from the beach/boardwalk and downtown. Our only recommendation would be a mattress topper for the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable and we both had backaches every morning. Other than that, we highly recommend!"
