"Would stay again! Loved the space in the rooms. Everyone was so nice and eager to help. We had the Friday night Prime Rib at the restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic too. "

"Great downtown location. Very good restaurant and obviously popular. The staff we met were great. Our room was just "meh". The decor is sort of industrial. A bit stark. My own preference for hotel decor is a bit warmer and much more luxurious. I want to feel I'm treating myself and this one didn't live up to that."

"Rooms definitely are needing an update and total renovation. lots of mold in the bathroom, peeling paint, shower caulking is disgusting. Shower has no faucet allowing gradual warming of water to turn the shower on once in. This causing you to reach into the shower stall to turn it on where you get blasted with cold water from the shower head. Not ideal…I really hope they put some sort of moisture extraction in the bathrooms as there is zero air movement."

"The hotel, rooms and staff were magnificent. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was really fantastic. The highlight was the size and configuration of the suite, but most importantly having a log fire with all the wood, firelighters etc provided. It was fun. The staff were excellent, the only area for improvement was the main restaurant. The bar was fabulous and fun, we dined there the first night, however the formal dining room on the second was incredibly disappointing. The food lacked...

"Lovely luxurious bed and so comfortable. Close to a park and quiet streets for my morning stroll. Sumptuous breakfast with a lot of tasty fruit and healthy proteins. Friendly and well informed hosts. Would definitely stay there again. "
