"There was a round trip shuttle that runs 24/7. We reserved the shuttle for 3:30 am as our flight departs at 6:30 am. Service was great! The front desk agent Aya was amazing. She was accommodating. She gave us free water bottles because when I had called the booking representative had said that they give free water bottles so she honored whatever the representative said. Receptionist was on the phone texting and FaceTiming when I walked up. Told me to hold while she finished.
