"I would say it was an okay experience. Definitely we were expecting more out of 4 star hotel in the middle of New York. To begin with, they are clearly understaffed. Always one or two people at check in and always at least half an hour wait. The rooms as well were nothing special. What definitely was not okay is bathroom. For four people we were given three bath towels and that's it - no face, hand, or other towels, just two tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner and hand soap instead of body...

"We came to the city for a quick getaway. This hotel was just a couple blocks from Penn Station. We got off the LIRR and easily walked to the hotel. It was super clean and staff was friendly. We were an early arrival so they took our luggage and we were off exploring the city while our room was readied. Everything we wanted to do was only a half mile or closer to the hotel. The black out curtain allowed for a great sleep and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again. "

"The location was perfect for my appointment at NYU Medical Orthopedic (38th bet 1st & 2nd). Parking nearby on Lexington made it easy to walk to the hotel with luggage. The neighborhood has everything you need for meals and services. The hotel is sparkling clean with a very pleasant and attentive staff. "Cute room, great view. I was told I could see the nye ball drop from this room but that wasn’t true. Even tho that was a bummer, it was a walkable distance to Times Square.
