"We visit NYC to see as many Broadway shows as possible in our week. This hotel was is right in the middle of the theater district so it was perfect. Our only real complaint tlwas that the curtains in the room were very difficult (took 20 minutes to finagle them open) to open and close so we left the curtains closed the whole time. "

"We really enjoyed the Sheraton and cannot wait until after their renovation to try staying again! We did have some issues within our room that were due to age but overall it was a good visit. "Our stay at this property was perfect for a four day visit to NYC. The financial district was an excellent location, we had the subway and water ferry accessible (walkable and safe distance). But most importantly the staff was incredibly welcoming and beyond helpful (made us feel at home). Martin and Jennifer at reception were incredible too. In-property storage of luggage was definitely a highlight, this helps when flying in before check-in and giving us the opportunity to start explore etc....
