"Everything about our stay was perfect. It was a peaceful night kid free night away for myself, partner and pooch. Normally we get a scruffy room because we have a dog but this hotel doesn’t do scruffy. It was immaculate inside and out and the decor was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. "Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"

"I was due to stay one night but as a result of train cancellations extended for a further two nights. The location of the hotel is great, easy access to the promenade, high street and railway station. It's clear there are improvements underway to the accommodation and communal areas. The room I stayed in was basic, the bathroom dated, but clean. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Overall, excellent value for money."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great views from the triple room- picture doesn't do that justice and I have early morning photos of a gorgeous golden sky. Also sea and town views from the dining room and lounge. Stairs may challenge some. Triple room is a bit dated, but building has tremendous Victorian character with and contemporary photos "

"What can i say about this hotel but that it was excellent. Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. They did offer breakfast but we skipped it but good to know its on offer! definately recommend 100%. Excellent value"
