"La chambre est très bien équipée, spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est très attentionné et la vue est magnifique sur les villes de Cartago et San Jose situées plus bas. Cet établissement est idéal pour accéder aux cratères du Volcan Irazu tôt le matin. Vu notre départ avant l'heure du petit déjeuner, nous avons reçu celui-ci la veille et avons tout déposé dans le frigo pour manger avant notre départ pour le volcan. "

I had nice view from the private deck of the furthest cabin. The wifi was a bit spotty in a rain storm but I suspect most people have full time data on their phones. "Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back."
