"This is like a hillside garden paradise overlooking Teahupo’o and surrounding ocean. Staff is as accommodating as one can get. They are marvelous. The chef is a young man that cooks excellent meals. "We had a wonderful time! The property is tucked in the mountain range with a breathtaking view. The house is decorated with heart and style. Mostly importantly, host Maxim and Agathe are exceptional! "We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

"This property was grossly misrepresented. It was 25 minutes from airport and not even close to the beach. As we drove up pass sickly looking goats on a muddy road, we arrived at the property. It was a $30 taxi ride. Then when I was shown the room, I told the attendant it was unacceptable, she said , well you’re stuck with it, I’m not refunding you. The room was the size of the double bed.
