"Construction was going on, and the schedule was not communicated to us until almost time of departure. Mid-day food/snacks were not redily available.The construction disruptions should have been mitigated/partially refunded as all services were not available. Otherwise, a pleasant stay."

"This place is very convenient and walking distance to town to restaurants the market of Papeete. As for cleanness: The rooms need deep cleaning and some touch ups in the rooms. The staffs are awesome. Specially the owners, they are very nice, they treat you like family. My next trip, I will definitely come back and stay in this place again. Thank you so much."

"Everyone was so friendly ! The room was spacious, clean, had a mini fridge and table outside ! The staff was so loving and helpful! We 24 hours convenience store next door that saved us on a late flight ! Conveniently located walkable to many places! The only down is the roosters are 4 am... but they were all over the island so I guess that's a Tahiti thing! Highly reccomend "

"The property was excellent overall and offered excellent value. The one thing I did not like was the indigent people hanging out right outside the property who were smelly, smoked and sometimes made bad comments. They weren't too bad but they should not have been there."

"This property is close to the pier for easy access from the cruise ship terminal and walking distance to the Papeete market. The property is great looking and very clean. Small things, such as doors in rooms not being able to close and the limited TV options (in case you get stuck in the rain or relaxing from a full day are limited."

"The hotel and the property are beautiful. All the "rooms" are bungalows right on the beach, and the bungalow was large and beautifully done. You can swim/snorkel right from the beach. The pool is also nice. Food in the restaurant is great, and the staff is wonderful. "

"Great property on the beach, make sure to bring water shoes as the coral is sharp and is mixed in the sand. This property is close to everything worth seeing and about 20 mins from the ferry dock and 30 mins from the airport. "

Tahiti, quiet air-conditioned tropical villa, marvelous lagoon and mountain view

The four seasons doesn’t have anything on this place or theses host.

"Our host, Emmanuel and Lydia go out of there way to make you feel at home. Upon arrival they met our plane and guided us directly to their fantastic get away. They also had the refrigerator stocked with necessary essentials for breakfast the following morning. ( we arrived at 9 pm). There was fresh fruit , a home baked cake, bacon , eggs, juice, milk etc. The property is very private, with a fabulous view. If we return to Tahiti we will absolutely stay here again. "

Great apartment

"Great location, comfy beds. Everything works. Pool is great. Easy access - the concierge contacted me by WhatsApp just before we arrived and met us and showed us to the apartment. We even stopped at the grocery on the way. Was a great experience and she was very responsive as was the owner. Would absolutely stay again and whole heartedly recommend."

Clean, Great Location

"Stay here if you can! I can't believe we were greeted at the car rental office, with leis! Sergio met us at 8:00PM to allow us to follow him to the house and then I understood why. It was dark, my google maps working yet, I'm in a foreign country, and I was tired. I don't think we could have found it on our own. I am so grateful for him knowing I would need the help. We loved the location because it was peaceful. You felt like you were a part of the community. I appreciated how the car port allowed you to back your car up to the door for easy loading/unloading. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had their own beautiful en-suite. Each room had it's own A/C unit which my boys loved. Shampoo & body wash provided. Ample towels. My favorite thing to do each morning was to open all the sliding doors to the back deck and soak in the ocean views and marvel how I was in Tahiti. Location was great. So close to the airport, downtown and grocery stores. Sergio was a great communicator before we arrived too. 10/10"

"The house and property was perfect for what we wanted. The host, (Henri) was accommodating and very responsive. Note: A means of private transport (car, scooter, etc.) is necessary. There is a great parking space right outside the house. We were very happy with the entire experience."
