"I booked this place in early December for our January stay. I reached out in late December with some questions but never heard from the host. Then reached out again to the host once we had arrived in Tahiti after 1/20 just to see if I could get an answer to my original questions and a few new ones. No answer. I then reached out again the day before our stay as I never received check in instructions. No answer! I then tried the DAY OF our stay. No answer via the VRBO message system nor through...

"We a had a fantastic stay at the Tahiti Luxury Beach with concierge. Sergio was so helpful, suggested some excellent restaurants, car hire and arranged a taxi for us on our departure. This really made a differnce for us. The apartment was spotless and clean, with everything for a perfect stay. The pool and beach were excellent, we spent most of our stay in the infinity pool or snorkelling from the beach. Thank you so much a wonderful stay."

"Overall, it was an ok property. It was difficult to find even with the instructions and VERY dark apartment complex/neighborhood at night. Some of the blankets smelled off, but used to washer to refresh them. Roosters have overrun the neighborhood and crow all hours of the night. It made sleeping rough at times. It was convenient walk to Pape’ete markets though!"

"Super welcoming host. Simple and cute place with basic needs and close to ammenities. Very nice pool to cool off during the hot days. View over overlooks the city. "

"The studio is conveniently located near Papeete Market with 7 to 8 minutes walking distance. Tepu was very nice and offered airport pick up for 2000 XPF and drop-off at Papeete Ferry Terminal for 1000 XPF. We also rented their car for a day for 5000 XPF. Check-in was at a different location then Tepu dropped us off at the studio which was about 5 minutes drive. The studio has a kitchen and washer which are very useful. There are two beds for our family of 4. The sofa bed was not comfortable...

"Olivier was fantastic, extremely helpful, amazing hospitality and prompt communications for any questions.Clean and comfortable accommodation with facilities nearby to cover your needs for your stay as well as easy access to transport to go further, and the local residents in the building are very welcoming. "The apartment was very nice. My only issues were: 1--There were no lounge chairs by the pool; and 2--It took 8-10 hours for the host to reply to a question that impacted my activities that day. (Other than that, the host was responsive and helpful.) BTW, the pool and gym keys are not on a desk anywhere. Rather, they are hanging on the wall above a desk in a hidden space that is revealed only when the sliding door to the bathroom door is shut."

"Nice condo, easy to get to, secure parking. Great for our short 4 night stay. Hosts went above and beyond met us at the airport at 10pm on sunday night so we could follow them to the condo. Gave us a good tour of the place.For checkout met me at the airport when i returned my rent a car. Then gave me a ride to my cruise ship. All in all nice stay very nice hosts. Excellent suggestions from them Moana Te for sunset cocktails and Blue Banana for dinner "
