"NO VAYAN, terrible todo! Hice una reserva por Hotels.com cuando llegué a las 4:00 PM a la recepción me indican que la habian cancelado desde las 11:00 AM y nunca me avisaron, si me queria quedar en el hotel debia pagar otra habitación y esperar 15 días que Hotels.com me devolviera el dinero de la reserva. La indiferencia de las que atienden en la recepción ante la situación no tiene nombre. La comida y la atención de todo el personal, perversa, y ni hablar de los elevados precios. "

"En general el servicio de las personas es muy buena, son muy amables y te colaboran en lo que necesites. La habitación muy limpia, el único pero que vi es que en el baño no había jabón para el lavamanos y tocaba usar el de la ducha que era una tarro que estaba fijo en la pared. Tiene buena ubicación y queda cerca a la plaza principal y a varios restaurantes."

"It’s a very tropical area with many trees,gardens,tropical vegetation and mosquitoes if it rains.It’s near the central area but you can take a mototaxi for just US$1. The swimming pool is good and there are many other activities to do there but the best it’s walking all around the Colonial Area. Good restaurants, museums, churches and if you go for a cultural event it will be even better."

"not worth the money very average accomodations, roach infested rooms. useless bathroom jacuzzi was installed up against the toilette making the toilette useless. hundreds of pesos in hidden charges was charged for 5 glasses of ice. who does that????????way overpriced for the conditions at the hotel.. rotting fruit everywhere even in the pool...worst masseuse I have ever had..DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..GET BETTER MEALS AT A TRUCK STOP,,,VERY BAD FOOD "
