"Nunca nos alojamos aquí. Nos cancelaron la reserva 24 horas antes de nuestro viaje a la ciudad de Medellín y nos dejaron embalados con 5 personas buscando alojamiento en la ciudad. Puede que realicen el desembolso pero esta cancelación de último minuto nos ocasionó problemas de alojamiento en la ciudad de Medellín durante los días en que habíamos programado la reserva. Presento una queja por esta situación que afectó nuestra estancia en la ciudad."

The least they could do is cancel. We had to find a place an hour away from where we planned to be. DO NOT book this place "

"There was a bad smell in the apartment, like there was a broken pipe in the building. The bed broke when my gf and I merely sat on it. The landlady was good to replace it, though she first accused me of jumping on it. The water at the apartment was heavily chlorinated, so you could neither drink it nor cook with it. The shower had only cold water. Not recommended."
