"It’s a very tropical area with many trees,gardens,tropical vegetation and mosquitoes if it rains.It’s near the central area but you can take a mototaxi for just US$1. The swimming pool is good and there are many other activities to do there but the best it’s walking all around the Colonial Area. "The room was comfortable and offered a lot for convenience. The room was clean though cleaning was not regular and you will have to request it. The kitchen set was adequate and will likely take care of all your basic cooking needs. The hotel was well located with easy access to all the essentials. "The staff at the hotel is excellent especially the concierge greeter Andreas. The upstairs and rooftop I would say large jacuzzi it's not an actual pool but it is wonderful and the view is to die for. Overall the rooms are immaculate and have a nice little kitchenette. If you want to and want to be around good night life and laurels and not the main downtown in Medellin book this place. "

"It was clean and staff were very nice to me. I can understand if a foreigner arrives and feels entitled, I get a sense they may not have the same great experience I had. The lock to the hotel door is not complicated if you listen to the instructions carefully. I read a comment that someone kept having troubles but I now see it was likely the fault of the guest for not listening because it’s an unusual but very safe door lock. Loved the free water. Spacious rooms "
