"Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, this is the second time I stay at this hotel and Christopher, front desk agent who helped us both times is very nice, polite and professional. The only few suggestions I have is that this hotel needs to have newer linen and better pillows. They also need to improve the breakfast buffet and have more choices. Other than that, it is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood "

"Cozy little rooms in a great location. No AC however. The windows don't block the noise from the road so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, however I've stayed in hotels three times the amount in Medellin and it's the same. Most of the front desk are bilingual, there is a nice cafe on the first floor, and it's a very affordable for those who want to travel on a budget. Clean hotel, clean room, nice area, so you can't ask for more for the price."
