"We booked here to go to the Bruges Christmas market, the hotel was approximately 30 minutes in a taxi and the hotel were kind enough to order one for us, it cost about 60 euros which we didnt think was too bad. Breakfast was really nice and you also get free hot drink facilities for the duration of your stay , overall a really nice hotel! "

"The room is excellent, high ceiling, big windows overlooking a garden. Clean and well decorated. High quality beddings. The location is perfect, short walk to shopping and centre ville. The staff is friendly. Issues that we faced in our room: the water temperature setting: cold is hot, hot is very hot. The air temperature is also too warm for the thickness of the blanket."

"Good facilities, good size for 6 people supermarket 5 minute walk away. Spa and pool excellent the kids loved it, well equipped kitchen. The only problem was the smoke detectors are very sensitive, there's one on the bathroom which was triggered by steam from the shower and one was set off by spray deodorant, so security show up and say there's a problem and you have to open the balcony door, not ideal in winter. Overall a good stay."

"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. The luft is quirky but functional. The room was massive andhad a shabby chic feel. It had a fridge and kettle and a huge bed. Theviews from the windows were amazing and right into the square. If you are parking you need to stay at the bierkorf car park, very reasonable and close by. We stayed for 3nights and had a great...
