We spoke with one of the valet workers and they helped us with the cart for our luggage and even help take to our room on the 7th floor. The room and bathroom was so neat and clean. "This Holiday Inn Express property was new, clean, and simply but effectively appointed with even a TV lounge and a lobby large enough to just sit and socialize. Our room was spacious and included comfortable beds and pillows as well as a large TV and walk-in shower. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere. "We were in Chattanooga for an overnight stay. No one was at the desk upon arrival. Had to wait while the phone rang about 25 times before someone came to the desk. Once someone was there, check in was quick. Parking is additional cost, which I will never understand with any hotels. The cleanliness is fair. There is a large amount of water due to use of the indoor pool. There was hair left in the bathtub from the previous guest. The refrigerator had an odd smell. I would suggest using baking soda...
