All the front desk staff I interacted with were so friendly and helpful. The elevator was not working the first half of my stay but was fixed within a few days. They were very helpful in recommending restaurants things to do and when I checked out but had some time before I left the city they stored my bag very securely and I picked it up just before I left town.
