"Great Hotel! My only problems involved my room. There was no hot water and clogged toilet. The maintainance staff was not the best. The took there time getting to my room and made a mess when repairing the washroom. One of the rooms i booked had an issue with the airconditioner."

"The check in process on the first day was a nightmare - apparently they didn’t have my reservation in their system! The rooms should be provided with basic utensils like drinking glasses, plates, cutlery and pressing iron. It’s a lot of inconvenience to call whenever guest requires them. Otherwise my stay is was quite peaceful and comfortable."

"What an amazing place. One of the best service experience I’ve received Nigeria. The cleanest hotel in Nigeria. The staff were just exceptionally professional, I can’t fault anything here. The only thing I can say is probably not within the control of the hotel as it’s very common in Nigeria. If they can find a way round the one minute power switch over from generators. That will be great. All in all, I will use again and again. "
