"The property was mostly clean, one of the nights we were there there were several events that were going on so the parking lot was filled. Plenty of places to walk to or get door dash. Breakfast was pretty pricey and if you weren't there early the buffet was pretty bare. If you didn't add the breakfast to your room it was pretty pricey."

Most importantly, the staff is always helpful and intelligent so issues that could be problems don't even become issues. The only downside to this hotel was that the cafe was overpriced and underwhelming. But it's concord so there are plenty of places to eat in the area that serve good/ethnic/creative food depending on what you want to eat."
