Only issue but a good one was that renovations were on going. But I've stayed here before and will again. convenient and close to Exeter town and close to my sons boarding school. Bill (staff) is very helpful and kind and always has a smile!

Ot happy with the condition of the room: closet door was damaged and not working well, The interior door lock was broken so no extra security. No housekeeping services on the day after arrival - not notified of this upon arrival. At night it was a little difficult to see where the entrance was to drive in. Although we liked that the main entrance was towards the back of the properly, maybe highlight the way to enter/drive in when coming from Portsmouth Ave.

Great Stay
This stay was for a family wedding. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, especially the beds. We got there at 11pm and we're greeted warmly by the desk clerk on duty. My only suggestion would be to extend breakfast on theMonday holiday to at least 9:30, hopefully later, to better serve guests, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Made a reservation couple of weeks back for room with 2 double beds. Front desk guy says I don’t see that request. I show him the confirmation email. He has a meltdown, yelled and left the hotel - terrified my son There’s no one at the hotel for 1/2 hr. Finally a lady comes in, still can’t find our reservation. Ends up giving us a mattress which broke 2 times during the night. A nightmare!!! They’re blaming Expedia - I require a call back please! Thanks

The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The TV was really nice with it's access to Pluto TV. However, whereas there was a heater/AC in the room, there was no heat source in the bathroom. Though the lighting in both the bedroom and bath were ambient, it was enough for me to see clearly what I needed the bathroom mirror for. I was disappointed in the full length mirror in the entryway as it also didn't have direct light that I needed. It did have an outlet at the bottom of the mirror but I didn't notice it until the day I checked out. Also, it wasn't until the day I checked out that I found the hair dryer as it was in a bag on the top shelf of the closet when it should have been in the bathroom.

It was my second stray within a year at this facility. I like the location, the clean facility, and how walkable it is to Phillips Exeter. However, I wish they would open up the menus to accommodate families who are vegetarians or Vegans.

The stay was generally good. It was a bit noisy in hallways of the first floor. The hotel could use some updating. Thought the price somewhat high for the overall condition.
