"Everything about our stay was great…once we got past check-in. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, but a sign saying the clerk would return shortly. After nearly 10 minutes a young lady came from the kitchen area and stepped behind the desk without apologizing for the wait or even really acknowledging us. She then proceeded to check us in but never smiled or engaged in conversation. She was perfectly competent but not at all friendly or welcoming. "

"I was disappointed that the hot tub was not available and there was only one bath towel! Tiny bag of chips for 2$ is a little much as well."

"The first floor was under construction during our stay. Having said that, the only inconvenience was getting in and out of the pool area. Sausage was alright, it would have been nice if bacon was an option for breakfast. Lastly, outside of the front desk staff, most of the other hotel staff didn't understand/speak English enough to be helpful. "

"Short stay one night ,but front desk was very friendly and accommodating got in late no problem checking in Next AM new person at the front desk again very friendly and she let me extend my stay to 12 ,which help out with my busy day. Keep up the great work! Only place I would stay in Manchester Area "

"Ant ( Anthony )is the best CSR there. The breakfast never changes ( scrambled eggs , sausage , white bread , Belgium waffles, chocolate muffins , apples or oranges ….. so we bring what we like to eat ( cheese , English muffins , to make an egg sandwich) fruit, plain yogurt etc ) They are refurbishing all the rooms. "

"I liked the fact I could stream packages that I subscribe to. The remodeled rooms have nice showers. Staff were very accommodating during a period wnen the hotel was being renovated."
