Car park tight but not an issue with a small car or when there are plenty of spaces...minor issue with a large car park around the corner. Will certainly stay again if in the area."

"the property has a wealth of history on display ,it has plenty of querks which only add to its charm the guests have the run of the dinning ,cooking facilties and are not lorded over in rigsby fashon as in some establishments. The host is genuine and soical and is a pleasure to spend time with as are the staff ,on the whole a very pleasant and intresting stay .woulud i stay again ?without hesitation "

"Staff were polite and helpful. Room was very dated and very small, but clean and comfortable. However the loud music coming from the bar below our room went on until 11 pm so if you want a quiet restful place to stay DO NOT CONSIDER this location."
