The check in was while sitting in a living room, they explain me all of the option for a day tour, the took care of my laundry after treking the Kilimanjaro. The lodge looks is wonderful, all is green beautifully plants, the room is wide, clean cacfully and really nice, the food is diverse and delicious. "I arrived at the property at 4am. My driver woke someone up in order for the gates to be opened. From the moment I stepped into this magical world, I felt swept away by the atmosphere, the 4 poster bed, the warm shower, the surrounding nature and even the charming monkeys running on the property. I enjoyed an in-room massage and a fantastic breakfast and lunch. Five stars are not enough. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10. "

"The grounds and villas are lovely and it's obvious alot of thought has gone into the design. The restaurant area is a complete contrast to the ambiance of the villas. It is open concept and quite institutional looking and we felt we were eating at a cafeteria. There is noise from the surrounding neighbourhood (sounded like a disco/club), which was disappointing given the amazing views from this property. We ordered room service and had the breakfast. The veggie sandwich and soup were quite good...
