"Nice onsen facility. Amenities were fun including free ice cream/ice pops and evening bowl of noodles. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options. You don't need to bring anything with you...provided resort/lounge wear that everyone wore to breakfast, shampoo/conditioner, razors, toothbrush, comb/brush. Biggest drawback was that the old shopping district is gine now so not rhat many stores nearby. It's about a 15 minute walk from Kofu Station."

"This ryokan is intended to be a place you go to relax. There isn’t a lot to do by design, other than eat, sleep, onsen, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in comfort. We did half-board and the food is fantastic. The staff were very nice. The onsen were beautiful, especially the open air one on the fourth floor. There are six or seven onsen total including the three private ones. "

"the service was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate English speakers. A very small Japanese continental breakfast was included for free which was nice. The onsen was very relaxing. Dinner at the Chinese restaurant was delicious. The room was a bit dated and beds were pretty hard which is typical for Japan."

"Stayed for only 1 night. It is a half way rest stop for the long journey drive back from Takayama to Narita. Nothing fancy. Simple & basic hotel with free breakfast & parking. But inconvenient as there isn't any train station nearby (at least to my knowledge) & not many choices of shops or food nearby. It is next to a busy road & within a residential area. If you have a car however, then Aeon mall & many eateries are just 10-15mins drive away."

One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "
