"I had a really lovely stay, it was really convenient with easy Ubahn access and transport for the airport. The room was really comfortable and well laid out. The bed was ready comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful! I could leave my suitcase in the luggage room aftervi checked out in the morning and had an evening flight. I think I will come back next time im in Vienna!"

"The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making...

"I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. "We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. "The place was great, great service, with VERY close access to public transport. Other than one Döner Kebap place, there is very little for the average person to do in the vicinity. Do not let that stop you from using this facility, because most of what is worth doing you would need to get on public transport to access anyway."

"Large and comfortable room, with a little kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. The bed was a bit soft. The staff seemed a bit lost, but friendly nonetheless. We had a pleasant stay except on our departure day when the cleaning staff tried to enter our room twice at 8h in the morning when we were still sleeping (with a "do not disturb" on our door...)"

"Great place to stay while stopping in Vienna if you want to stay closer to the train station- super convenient location and only a few minute walk from the terminals. There are always several Lime scooters around because of the station so it’s super easy to grab one and gooo! There was slight disappointment at first when I realized there was no coffee maker in the room itself, but that was quickly remedied as they have one of those fancy coffee makers with a bunch of options down in the breakfast area. Staff was super friendly and helpful 10/10 for them. Overall clean, and convenient location with wonderful staff. "
